The Matrix Industrial Products is a 12-inch rechargeable commercial floor fan for indoor and outdoor air circulation. Its variable-speed control delivers up to 1,600 CFM, while the included 15,600 mAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 24 hours of runtime on low speed or up to 4 hours on high. A 5 V / 1 A USB output can recharge compatible digital devices, and the manually pivoting fan head directs airflow 30° forward or 90° backward.
The integrated lithium-ion battery supports cordless fan operation where a suitable outlet is not nearby. Runtime reaches up to 24 hours at low speed and up to 4 hours at high speed; the battery takes approximately 4–5 hours to recharge. The fan can also operate through the supplied 24 V power charger. The charger is for indoor use and should not be used outdoors.
A rotary control provides continuously adjustable variable speed rather than fixed speed steps. The fan reaches a verified maximum of 1,600 CFM and 1,700 RPM. For directional airflow, the housing pivots manually up to 30° forward and 90° backward; this is a tilting function, not automatic oscillation.
The control box includes a 5 V / 1 A USB output for compatible digital devices such as smartphones. This port does not charge the fan and does not indicate fast-charging capability. A five-LED indicator displays the fan battery level in approximately 20% increments. A customer-supplied USB cable is required for device charging.

This does not mean the product is waterproof, submersible, washdown rated, or suitable for standing water.
