It provides the power and charging equipment needed to begin using a compatible Einhell Power X-Change cordless tool or to add another battery and charging point to an existing setup.
One Battery Platform for Compatible Einhell Tools
The included battery belongs to Einhell’s Power X-Change cordless platform. It can be moved between compatible Power X-Change workshop and garden tools, while the charger supports compatible batteries from the same platform. This shared system can reduce the need to keep a separate battery and charger for every tool.
The 4.0 Ah capacity provides a practical balance between runtime and battery size for a wide range of compatible 18V equipment. It is also suitable for Twin-Pack 36V applications when paired with a second appropriate Power X-Change battery. This kit includes one battery, so a second battery required for Twin-Pack operation must be obtained separately.
Monitored Battery Performance and Clear Status Information
Einhell’s process-controlled active battery management system monitors battery parameters to support safety, tool performance, operating time and service life. A three-stage LED display lets you check the remaining charge directly on the battery. The lithium-ion cells have no memory effect and low self-discharge, helping the battery remain ready between uses.
The rubber-coated housing provides grip and impact protection, while the enclosure is designed to resist dust, corrosion and mechanical damage. A recessed handle helps with removing the battery from a compatible tool.
Fast Charging with Intelligent Monitoring
The included high-speed charger charges the supplied 4.0 Ah battery in approximately 75 minutes. Intelligent charging management monitors the battery throughout the cycle, and a six-stage LED display communicates charging status. Refresh mode supports compatible batteries that have undergone exhaustive discharge.
The charger has a compact footprint and integrated suspension eyelets for wall mounting where appropriate, helping keep a workshop or equipment area organized.
