The DEWALT DCB1104 4A battery charger charges compatible DEWALT 12V MAX, 20V MAX and FLEXVOLT lithium-ion battery packs from a 120V AC supply. Its single charging port and two-stage LED display make it a practical addition to a workshop or an existing DEWALT cordless-tool setup.
Charger only. Batteries and tools are sold separately. The 4A rating describes charging current in amps, not battery capacity in amp-hours (Ah), and does not mean a 4Ah battery is included.
One Charger for Compatible DEWALT Battery Platforms
Use the same charger for compatible 12V MAX, 20V MAX and FLEXVOLT 20V/60V MAX battery packs. This lets users working across those DEWALT platforms keep a common charging point rather than select a different charger for each battery family.
Clear Charging Progress and Temperature Delay
The two-stage LED indicator separates the main charging stage from the final top-off stage and indicates when the pack is fully charged. Hot/Cold Pack Delay pauses charging when the battery temperature is unsuitable and resumes when conditions are appropriate. Charging time depends on the battery pack and charging conditions; one fixed time does not apply to every capacity.
Flexible Placement at the Workbench
The charger can be used on a suitable surface or mounted on a wall using two screws, sold separately. Wall mounting provides an option for keeping the charging point off the work surface. Follow the operating manual for placement, ventilation and safe electrical connection.
Compatibility with the DCPW1000 Power Cleaner
The DCB1104 can recharge a compatible FLEXVOLT battery used by the DEWALT DCPW1000 power cleaner, including the DCB609 listed in the manufacturer’s compatibility documentation. Remove the battery from the cleaner and insert it into the charger. The charger does not power the cleaner or charge the tool directly. The power cleaner and battery are not included with this charger.
